Hanger Hill Garden Estate Limited owns the freehold to & manages the estate of 256 flats in the Hanger Hill conservation area. The Flats Management Board is made up of volunteers from the community.

Our project has received funding from the South East Community Energy Fund to support the development of our solar scheme.

We are currently working with Element 5 Energy, a West London based renewable energy company.

Hanger Hill Garden Estate Residents Association (HHGERA) works for everyone who lives or owns property on our Estate. They organise social events and liaise with Ealing Council and other local groups. HHGERA also manage the communally-owned gardens (other than those surrounding the flats), the service roads behind houses, boundaries, fences and trees. They also monitor and respond to planning matters affecting the Estate, including via a Conservation Area Panel.

Community Energy London provide advice and support to projects like ours.
