Starting conversations

On our Estate we have both a Flats Management Board and a Residents Association. We met with both to see how they would feel about exploring a solar project. Both were positive and excited- but with lots of questions. We needed to start to answer these; but with no funds this was going to be tricky.

A local solar company (Element-5) stepped in to help. They worked with us to draw up a draft, costed proposal for one block. And we started looking for funding.
